Life in DC

After spending the first few months after of return to the US in Philadelphia, with our daughter, we are now trying to settle into the DC area. Kaye has secured a position as a professor at Georgetown University, hence the move. We have taken a sub-let on an apartment until we can determine where the ideal place would be for us to buy a house. Getting to know the various areas is taking some time, as we don't enjoy driving around in the traffic, but the access to the metro system is a better option anyway. Have looked at a few houses up north, around Tacoma Park and Silver Spring. No decision yet.
